		<description>I love the combination of considering your choices and checking your assumptions. I read something this morning about how we think according to everything but the current moment and our real selves. We approach everything from the standpoint of who we think we should be, or who we were in our past. Approaching each moment with an open mind and a tuning into the person inside (almost as if we were our own friend) gives us clarity of purpose and meaning in the moment. Decisions become effortless and the consequences don&#039;t matter as much because we realize we are so much more than our decisions.
